"I was greeted when I entered this business. I was allowed to shop and look around without an escourt. I was then asked very nicely if i needed assistance. Nothing that should not happen when shopping occurred. I purchased what I needed and left. I went to the same named store at West Florrisant and Chambers. I was greeted when I entered and also allowed to browse without company. This store carried the same product as the previous one did but $5 less expensive. When I returned and explained the situation, I was immediately compensated with the difference in price. This is the kind of place that I don't mind shopping with. Treating their customers honestly."

"Was sold some bad hair… it looked good before I purchased it… when I got it installed and start to apply heat that’s when I noticed the hair was very very poor… it doesn’t take heat and the split ends are all on the shaft of the hair.. worst purchase of weave ever. No brand name bundles or store brand is a bad sign."
