"I went to this establishment for a pedicure and full set and my pedicurist didn’t get everything off my feet and I was scratching my head and my index finger came off and then I got home and my thumbnail came off after I asked for a extra coat of acrylic to be put on it has not even been 5 hours since I got them done"

"After 3 hours….Very unprofessional…rude! One person (in front on right) messed up my nails then another one (right in front on left side) told me I had to wait on the person who messed it up to fix it. She said “I don’t do good nails” ok so if you don’t then who does? The first person repainted them but the still trash. Would not recommend. Save your time."

"I came in with a specific design in mind that I had asked about before I came in. Not only was I told that I couldn’t do my design but I was charged the same price that I was quoted for that design when I only got regular gel polish. On top of that, I had asked for a specific tech since my mom had been going to her and she denied to do my nails and sent me to the man who given me the worst set I’ve had in my life so far. I’ve gotten the same length and shape for years and this time I have nails lifting off (I don’t do much physically with my hands for this to happen naturally) and the work isn’t neat. I will not be going back especially since I watched them laugh at other unsatisfied customers that came in during my appointment. This was not a relaxing experience and you’d be better finding some place else unless you don’t really care about spending an asinine amount of money for the most basic services that does not last."
