"I got about the worst beard trim of my life they could use some new clippers because this is most definitely is about the worst beard trim I've ever had"

"Checked in on line and it said 51 minutes got there and it took 20 mins past the 51 mins. Hair cut was good as always but the on line check in needs work."

"The wait time was initially 20 minutes, then about 45 minutes later I was finally in the chair for my haircut. Then after I said what I wanted, the stylist proceeded to basically cut off ⅛ inch of my hair and ask me how it looks. Then I show her a picture she proceeds to scissor cut my hair for another 30 minutes. Then as I'm waiting to finally get it over woth and leave the chair, I notice the back isn't straight and have to stand up with my head down to get it fixed. The wait was atrocious and the actual cut took way too long. Overall the stylist wasn't bad (she was very nice and friendly), but the time wasted and wait time being wrong ruined it all."

"It's honestly just not worth going to this location anymore. The stylists are gossipy, and the manager at this location is very rude to me when I come in. I ask for a medium fade every time I visit, and every time they argue until I just get what's in their system for me. They do not like when you get something different from what they have on file for you. I told a stylist the cut looked good during my last visit, and the manager said "that's high praise coming from him." Today I came in and sat in the waiting area and the manager looked at me and barked "I'm not the only one doing this!" So I got up from the waiting room chair and approached the counter to tell her my phone number. The counter was about 3 steps away from where I was sitting. I can not express how rude the manager is when I enter this location, and I am proud to be boycotting Great Clips."

"I brought my daughter in for her first haircut in a salon. Her hair was very long and she wanted it just above shoulder length. I did not know how she was going to do, she’s 9. We had Ashley today and let me tell you, she was AMAZING!!! I am so thankful for her! She checked, double checked and even triple checked the length and on getting layers! My daughter LOVES her hair! We will definitely be coming back to Ashley when it’s time for a trim!"
