"My nails aren't 2 weeks old and 3 nails have already come off. The salon is dirty. None of the chairs at the nail techs stations work properly. So if you're a taller/bigger person it feels as if you're sitting on the floor. I called and asked about prices. I wrote everything down while I was talking to them. And I asked again as my nails were being done. They lied to be because when I went to check out I was told it would be $75 and not the $55 that I was quoted 2 times. They had excuse after excuse. Needless to say, I didn't give a tip, and I won't be going back!!"

"My regular nail salon could not get me in tonight. It wasn’t a big deal but I just really wanted a pedicure so I went down the road and Q nails could fit me in. I thought that was great and my pedicure was actually very good! I couldn’t see the menu for services and I asked for a full face wax. Not a problem until it was time to pay the bill. $50.00 for the full face wax. The bill came to $80 which was my pedicure and the full face wax. I paid each attendant a $10 tip so it came to $100. Yeah, not going back."

"Beautiful work! Ive gone here numerous times before but the nails they did today were too pretty not to leave a review. Larry always does a good job and makes sure the nails look perfect. Was a little pricey-er than i was expecting but i had never gotten the pearl dusting before, so it was probably more. Which is fine by me."
