"About four weeks ago I visited Nail Spa to get a pedicure. Two weeks after I visited the location to get a fill in and polish change on my toes. I got the fill in done by a young man of whom was very nice however I noticed that my nails of which were natural was not adhering to the product used for the acrylic overlay. I asked him should I get a soak off instead and start all over he said “No” my nails would be fine. So I allowed him to proceed with the service. However within three days my nails lifted and broke off causing cracks in my nail bed. On that same day I was also to get a polish change on my toes ( keep in mind that my pedicure was two weeks prior) however the location was so crowded the wait was horrible. I also noticed nail techs rushing, & those that speak clear English were giving patrons so much attitude I decided to return the next day. Upon returning the next day I was rudely greeted by Ann the owner who asked wasn’t I there the previous day and what did I want? Was I waiting for Michelle? (Michelle whose work is great but attitude is completely unprofessional) I responded that my nails were done the day prior I only came in for a toe polish change. She (Ann) then stated sit in the 1st chair. I sat down the young woman proceeded to remove the gel color from my toes. Upon removal I noticed that my toe nail had a dark spot on it. I asked what it was she shrugged her shoulders saying she didn’t know then proceeded filing and applying gel color. As a frequent customer of the location I had never seen nail fungus nor had nail fungus so I allowed her to move forward. Well fast forward to today not only do I have cracked finger nails, my entire right big toe nail has fallen completely off. On the skin is of the toe nail bed is black and green in color, very dry and brittle, and tender to the touch. Not only is the toe ugly, and embarrassing. Im completely disappointed & disgruntled. I have been a patron of Nailspa since my youngest was 15 years old, & throughout the years I have referred so many people to Nailspa. My youngest is now approaching 23 years of age to see the level of service, professionalism, and quality decline drastically over the past years is disheartening to say the least. Please enter at your own risk and take this review as a warning of what you maybe walking into. My family and friends will not be returning here."
