"Filthy Dirty nail shop with VERY BAD customer service Cindy one of the owners talks to and treat her customers very rude she acts as if she is doing her customers a favor and not like they are paying her for a service. I would NEVER step foot in this dirty unkempt place again!"

"Came here to get my nails done on a Friday. By Monday everything but the thumb was lifting on my right hand, by Wednesday all the nails but the thumb were gone on my right hand. Left hand is still fully intact. I'm very disappointed, this is just unacceptable for only having the nails on for less than a week. (All the nails just popped off like press ons in one piece. .)"

"The organic dipping powder is a ripoff and not the true service. At the end of step 2 the man added gel top coat and had me place my hands in the uv light (which by the way lost its shine in 2 days and started looking like it was peeling from the top of the powder). I get a natural organic powder to avoid anything of the sort. When I told the man they should tell people that upfront he was like their customers already know and unless you went to St. Charles that was what you were going to get in that area. I said it was false advertisement and I usually have my nails with SnS complete system in the DC area. (Oh and they didnt even have the colors advertised in stock so I had to choose based on looking at the containers they had) He raised his voice as to have a confrontation, saying if I found someone around that did it he would give me my money back. I stated that I make more than enough to not waste my time coming back as I was on vacation. When I told him I would be reviewing this location because I have over 3mil views his direct response back to me was " it wont matter, they (customers in that particular neighborhood) dont read and it won't affect our business" when I said what do you mean, I found you by reading reviews in the area. It shouldn't matter if its here or St. Charles, people are people and deserve to have the proper service they are paying for or at leas knowledg up front that they wont be getting it. I also, said Im sure people in the area can read. That comment was so disrespectful. Then to make matters worse, my dipping powder was chipped within a day and my big toe that he was supposed to have fixed due to damage while putting my shoe back on looked horrible. Why are they working in a community that they have no respect for the people they serve and why are we patronizing them?"
