"Asked for a basic trim with long layers so it wasn't straight across on the bottom and got a nice cut on the left side of my head and then two completely different layers/lengths of hair on the right side.... Had to have another beautician fix the left to match the right so ended up getting a hairstyle I really didn't want with lots of choppy short layers.... upset since I wanted to keep a lot of length and now have super short layers. I usually don't leave reviews but it was such a bad cut on the right side, I wish I could show a picture on here."

"Did not get what I asked for . Rayna didn’t say one word the whole time, very awkward. I asked for slightly stacked and angle and she shaved all but two inch from the back on the top of my head. It took so long to grow. I called back and asked politely for a refund. She refused be cause she said it looks fine and she did what I asked. That is NOT what I asked for"
