"Staff sitting on top of counter, no one welcomed us in the store nor offered assistance. Would be nice to actually receive customer service."
"Horrible customer service. I miss the 90s party city when people with personality worked there and they actually had more than just costumes for Halloween. You can find most of the mask for much much cheaper on Amazon too."
"The employee Shawn, I believe his name is, was soooo helpful with blowing up our balloons. He didn't even hesitate to help blow up new ones from popping when putting in the car. We really appreciate how everyone worked together to get customers in and out. All the way from NY, thank you, Shawn."
"I had the best experience here everyone was so helpful Sean and Kiara took really good care of me going above and beyond picking out my arrangements for my daughter getting everything right and sending it to my venue in time! I am so happy with the service I received! I cant say thank you enough!"
"I went for balloons. I didn't have a huge need. I just wanted one that said happy anniversary and a couple of regular balloons to go with it to make a bouquet. I scrambled to get there and arrived ten minutes before close. As I walked in, I asked the person at the balloon counter if I still had time and she said yes and please no more than ten balloons. Sure, no problem. I asked if she had a happy anniversary balloon and she said "if we do it would be over there" and pointed to an aisle. Not super helpful but I figured long day, she's tired. That aisle had one happy anniversary balloon that was silver and gold, not really what I was looking for. I was over there less than five minutes and the lights to the entire store went out. I walked up to the front of the aisle and a different person said "we're closed." There was no warning or announcement. I told her that this person said it was ok as long as I didn't have more than 10 balloons and she said "8 balloons.". I said no problem, but I can't see to finish picking them out. She rolled her eyes and walked off. Left standing there in the dark aisle, I couldn't really see to finish grabbing the two balloons I wanted so I left. I get people want to go home at close. I've worked retail before, I understand. But the level of apathy and disinterest in helping a customer was profound here. There were two customers in the store and at least four employees standing around. On top of it, turning the lights off to the entire store? They are lucky no one has fallen and hurt themselves or had any other accidents because of not being able to see. Oh and the product selection I disproportionate and wanting. They had tons of cartoon balloons and one happy anniversary? This store looks rough, like it's about to close it's doors for good. Shelves are left standing bare. I wouldn't be surprised to see them close. Btw, I went to Kroger for my piddly bouquet of balloons. And probably paid less."
