"Feels like it's aged. The stock and staff run at a minimum. The last two times I've purchased a balloon bouquet, they charge you to fill up the balloons with helium, which is exactly why I purchased it, however, the clerk usually tosses it in the bag, but then seems annoyed when you ask them to fill the balloons... my usual next comment I get from the clerk is "its going to be 20 to 30 minutes," as if that is going to change the fact that I still have to get them fillled... Again, hitting only minimum standards..."

"It shouldn't be this hard! I was driving through Denton today and was looking for some 2 oz cups to use for wine tastings. Someone recommended Party City so I thought I would give it a try. After wandering aisles and not seeing anyone to ask for help, I found some cups, and a tag that said there should be what I was looking for, but there were none above the sign. I took it with me to make it as easy as possible for the woman at checkout, and asked if she could check to see if there were any in stock I wasn't seeing, possibly in back. She said no, every thing was out and I should look above the shelves - they were probably there. With the shelves being probably 12 ft tall, and I was looking for something at best 4" tall, that wasn't helpful. Even though she said there was no way to check inventory, someone finally did offer to look up the SKU and it said there was stock. She walked back with me and we never did find them, but at least she acted like she cared and tried. If you are looking for a store that provides customer service from most of the employees - this isn't it."

"I purchased balloons for my daughter for the birth of our granddaughter. We spent $29.12 on balloons and 2 of the 5 balloons were deflated 4 hours later. By the next day 3 of the 5 were deflated. They informed me that ballon’s only last 24 hours. Well they need to go see Dollar Tree because their balloons stay up for 5-7 days (sometimes longer). We are very disappointed and will never purchase from Party City again."
