"Min, did an excellent pedicure, took his time made sure I was happy with the massage as he went along. He was gentle yet just the right pressure. Only thing was communication on the service I requested. He added on to the service and the charge was more than I asked for. It was adjusted and all was taken care of. Doreen did my nails. Good job in the end."

"I’ve had OK service here before, but when there is an issue they are unwilling to accept blame and help the customer. I got gel mani and pedi ($100) for an important event. It started chipping immediately. I assume the polish was expired, idk. I returned the next day to have it fixed. After this, 3 more nails chipped the day after. I called and emailed asking them for a refund as I do not have time to come back to this location before my event in iowa, with pictures attached. They asked me to come into the store “to resolve this” where they gaslit me about my nails looking fine. They refused a refund and embarrassed me in front of a store full of customers. Will not be coming here EVER again. Embarrassed I have given them so much of my hard earned money"

"I had to use my husbands google acct to do this review, as I don’t have a google acct. I had appointment with Mimi today for a gel manicure, I ask her price before she began. She told me I couldn’t use polish I picked out that she would get me a better one. During my manicure she was on her phone most of the time. Didn’t talk to me she was overbooked she was late taking me cause her previous lady wasn’t finished then rushed me to get back on track for next lady I go to pay and they charged me a extra 5.00 for the polish she chose for me to use I told owner she should have mentioned that to me before she used it. My 32.00 gel manicure cost me 40.00 and my nails are not good as they should be for that price. I’ll probably not return. However, I do work retail so when/if people ask me about my nails, I will be sure to tell them we’re not to go and who not to use. As you can see in pics my tips are small and not pretty. For 40.00 manicure I expect better then this and for the love of all things holy get off your cell phone and pay attention to your client"
