"Today l had a bad experience. I had a 1:15 pm appointment. When l arrived they had me wait 30minute and there were no customers waiting. I ask how much longer and they said 20 more minutes. So frustrating when l can never get an appointment and when l did l still had to wait almost an hour. They did not apologize as l walked out. Never did get my nails done. So unprofessional."

"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ANY OTHER NAIL SALON WILL BE BETTER!!! My daughter just came home crying due to the poor manicure and gel set she received. My mom / Her grandma took her up to get a manicure for Back to school and $70 later both are very unhappy. Not only the bad results but when asked how they could get them fixed the man yelled at my mom. My mom does not like confrontation and just left at that point. My wife went back up to ask how they could resolve the poor service and job done on 2 customers nails and they refused to provide any assistance. They blatantly did not perform the service that was asked. On top of that they did not and will not do anything to resolve the issue. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE you can receive. Pick any other nail salon in OFallon or St Peters before giving these rude and inconsiderate business owners your hard earned money. THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT!!!!!"

"The service I received here recently was exceptional! The technicians took their time with me during my mani/pedi and ensured it was done right and that I was satisfied. They also utilize and open new nail tools with each client to ensure cleanliness. The whole experience was just phenomenal. I love how my nails look and the location is perfect, as I live just a minute away!"

"The salon is extremely clean, great atmosphere for a relaxing spa experience. I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure done. Both technicians took their time with my services. All the tools,polishes,chairs,furniture etc., are brand new and high tech. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly."
