"Man, I hate to leave a bad review of any business, but we've been in twice and two different employees were very rude and condescending towards us. A third employee stood near by and smirked at us. He was enjoying the show and could plainly see the way we were being treated. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Both times we left feeling like we had been in an altercation with a very sad and grumpy man. I feel so bad for the guy with long hair and the older, short gentleman with the mustache that work there. They tried to make us feel stupid and were no help at all. We were there to purchase $575 worth of paint. No, thank you. We will spend it some place else."

"I love this store. They are always extremely helpful. Take the time to ask questions about your project as to assist with giving tips and advice without pushing you to buy more than you really want or need. I'll always get my paint here. So much better service and product than big stores."

"Poor customer service from the evening employee on 2 separate occasions. Considering the amount of $$ that they charge for their products, he needs to be a little more helpful & not act like it's a bother to find a customer's acct & their orders, let alone hand you your paint. My husband had to walk behind the counter to pick up our cans of paint once he locate them, since the employee had already moved on to another order. God forbid he give stir stix or openers to open the cans too.... That's twice he gave us poor service. If he can't find your acct. in the computer; a corporate acct. that has paid for everything in advance, he doesn't bother calling a manager or anyone to ask about it. He just kinda shrugs, moves on to the next person if there's one & leaves you hanging. My husband refuses to step foot in that store again."

"Guys that helped me were very knowledgeable, got me the paint stripper I had been searching the ends of the earth for. Gave me a good discount because they only had 2 cans left, product is discontinued. Respectful, honest, friendly, highly recommend shopping here before you try the mega stores! If you need paint and supplies, go to a place that specializes in that area, they know what they are doing!"
