Pancheros Mexican Grill - Davenport Kimberly

"Ive been there in the past a few times an it was pretty good , but this time the 27 Jan the line making the food were unbelievably either possibly ignorant seemed more stupid, i asked one of the people if they had corn shells instead of flour he went an asked someone else what kind of shells tthey were using an told me it was a flour shell in front of me , so i asked again knowing already it was flour in front of me ,if they had corn shells again i get the same answer till someone else let me know they only had flour shells ,then they make our burritos asked if we wanted cheese on top ofcourse we did an she said it didn't matter because she was going to mix it up,when we said just leave them alone alone do not mess with them an one was left alone an the other I turned my head for something an when i looked again she was playing with my food (i should of made them make me a new one or just left ,but i didn't no neither) the only person their that had any intelligence was the manager who was busy at the register, an did apologize for having to deal with the lacking of the line , as we went to sit down, i detoured an went to the bathroom an someone before me destroyed it , so when i went to let the manager know he was busy so i informed the a person on the line , as i walked away halfway threw restaurant to my table the person yells to me (i am a male ,an look like a male) which one so i responded as everyone in there heard ,well i didn't go in the women's bathroom , like you really had to ask which bathroom i was in an they pay you to work there wow"

"Food has been cold every visit, also had a long hair in my taco(how appetizing). Definitely no standard anymore in most food places, especially this joint..waist of money."

"Great food, I finished the burrito and it was a mistake as it tried to kill me. But it was so good I couldn’t stop eating. Service was not very friendly but at least the food is good!"

"Rude and rushed employee wearing air pods neglected to cook the tortilla long enough so the burritos were gummy. These ragged burritos were wrapped badly, making them difficult to eat. My burrito literally exploded, dumping a third of my filling onto the table, Bf’s was ridiculous as well, I ended up having to get bowls for both of us. The only reason they are getting two stars is because most of the ingredients were tasty, but they would probably be better off if they would restock as they go as many things were empty or near empty."

"The 'steak' was tough and had no taste. The burrito was wrapped well with a good fresh tortilla. The salsa and rice left a weird lemon aftertaste; everything had a stale lemon flavor to it. Food prepper was courteous but the cashier left me wondering if I did something wrong (he took my payment, didn't hand the order to me, and just looked away like they were angry). A simple "thank you" goes a long way to make your customers feel like coming back, which I don't think I'll be."
