"I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with the team at 84 lumber to get everything I needed to rebuild my deck. From the person who answered when I called, to the person working the counter, to the delivery person, and those I talked to when I needed to reorder or return something- everyone was patient and friendly. I appreciated the level of customer service here that you just can't at a big box store. I had a list of materials I needed, but the staff also offered to check my drawings to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I was able to select my materials from a wide array of different quality composite decking, look at the boards in the lumber yard to see the quality (which was better than big box stores), and look at the mock up railings they had in stock. There were a few things I wanted that they didn't have, so they went above and beyond to find it from their suppliers. Delivery was quick, just a few days. Note that they drop bulk materials off by pallets. They were able to get down my alley with their truck and lift to drop my materials right in front of my garage. We still had to unpack things from the pallet and move into the garage, but the whole experience was very convenient. All in all, it was an amazing experience that made the headache of construction much more bearable. My only disappointment is that 84 lumber doesn't carry everything for every construction project that I will ever have, because I would much rather go there than anywhere else. Extra props to Hunter, Isaac, and the other guy who likes EDM that helped us pick out samples (can't remember his name)."
