"Darren was our contact and communicated with us on installing carpet and tile. He was able to match our current carpet for the new carpet we wanted to add on. He responded to all texts within the day I sent them. When I had concerns about the installation, he had a crew out to the house within the week to make us happy. He has since contacted us and worked with us to make sure we were happy with our tile and carpet install."

"Very disappointed! It took forever to get my carpet and hardwood installed. The worst communication to let me when the installation would start, during installation when I had questions and after when things were not done correctly. I have reached out so many times to get things fixed and have had no response for days or told someone would be here the next day and no show. The owner literally stopped responding. They were real quick to charge me when the work was not even complete. I have glue drops on my hardwood that spread past the transitions. The transitions are tilted and not done correctly. I have a loose piece of flooring. The flooring installer broke a piece of the flooring and did not tell me until he left. The carpet on the stairs was installed poorly. It is literally buckling and has only been installed for only a year but it started immediately. I was never given samples of the carpet when I requested them. I have reached out consistently for a year and sent pictures of everything that is wrong but no response. This was a very bad experience. They had me under contract to pay but they did not deliver on their end."

"Working with Darren at Haus of Flooring was great. Ours was a long process since we came in months before we were ready to buy a floor, but he was patient and helpfull the whole time. We also had a lot of questions and he took the time to write up emails addressing each of them. Our installers were also great. We stopped by to do other stuff around the house while they were installing, and they were very friendly and personable. They even gave me advice on how to do other random things I was working on, even if it didn't necessarily have to do with flooring. Our floors turned out great and we will definitely check with Darren again for future flooring needs."
