"I couldn't think of a better bike shop. Eddie & Shannon are amazing people who actually care deeply for their customers. Anytime I take my bike by they always jump on the repair immediately and for the most part, there isn't a charge. They really care about their customers and their product. Taylor Bike Company is what small business is all about, their relationships with their customers. I had no clue what I needed our wanted and Eddy spent so much time waling me through what would suit me best. Shannon then took me out for almost 1 hour to show me the bike and how it works. "I highly recommend Taylor Bike Company in Taylor TX. This review is long overdue. Eddy, Shannon & John have been incredible to work with. I’m a road cyclist and they service my bike & provide recommendations and adjustments for my plans. Example they prepared my bike for a Taos NM cycling journey by ensuring my brakes were ready for the descents and my tires were capable of handling the road debris. Now it’s time to refit my riding position to alleviate knee pains in time for the upcoming cycling events. If you’re around this area I suggest giving them a chance for bike service and bike purchasing. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it."
