"I had a great experience with SiteOne Landscape Supply in Pontoon Beach, IL. I am a homeowner and not a professional irrigation company. I called on a Monday morning around 9 AM, the day before the 4th of July, and they didn't have the Rainbird irrigation model/valve I needed. But, he had a driver in St. Louis coming back later that morning who could pick up the part and have it there by noon. When I called at noon it had been delivered. I went, and ended up buying three items, all of which were about 25% cheaper than I found anywhere else online. They set up an account for me for online for purchase history, etc. I hit a snag at home when I went to sign-in and finish setting up the account by creating a new password, so I called customer service. I wish everyone's customer service was as friendly, personable, quick, helpful, and professional. One quick call with only one transfer from the automated line--problem solved.
