"12/30/23 arrived 1:20pm 3 employees on the floor. One asked if she could help us and I said flooring. After 10 mins of looking she finally if we were doing ok without walking over to us. My husband said no, we are not. Two employees had since left the floor and we were the only ones in the store. She did not approach us at. We left after 15 mins and as we were just about open the door to leave. We got a have a nice day. Very poor customer service!!!!! We were ready to spend thousands of flooring. We will not be returning!"

"Huge warehouse/showroom with a wide selection of lift chairs, recliners, beds and carpet. Probably more that I didn't see. Jared was very knowledgeable and professional; not pushy at all. I purchased a lift chair and it took less than 15 minutes to complete the sale and get it in my friend's truck. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!"
