"Absolutely do not purchase any products from this company. I ordered a piece of gym equipment. When it arrived, the entire machine was covered in rust. The website description stated the machine would be in like new condition. They powder coated over a completely rusted machine. It looked like it was found sitting in a back alley for years, then they sprayed it. They didn't even sand it prior to painting it. When moving the machine, pieces of rusted paint came off. It left a literal rust trail. The company refused to refund the money. Insisted on an exchange. With no assistance shipping it. After receiving the rusted item, no way am I getting another machine from them. I've filed with BBB, FTC and the Attorney general. CTX informed the Attorney general the money was already refunded. Yes, our bank refunded the cost of the machine. However, CTX had our bank reverse the refund. Now that the bank won't help us, I'll be contacting all three establishments and informing them. I wouldn't trust the equipment coming from this business if I were you."
