Platinum Nails

"I went there today and the environment was awesome! The staff was friendly and actually carried a conversation with me. I love the way my nails turned out. The hand massage at the end was nice. I have never had someone do that! I will definitely be back!"

"I used this salon and 4 days later my expensive acrylics are falling right off of my nails. I should have read the reviews before coming here. They rushed through portions of my nails, only to make me wait while they worked in other walk ins before coming to finish my nails. I have never been treated so poorly at a salon and this was more expensive than anywhere else I have been."

"So I got gel extensions. Man was super rushed as the shop only had 3 employees working with 10 customers scheduled. They kept accepting walk ins despite being overwhelmed by the number of people. He would do one thing then leave me for like 10 minutes to help someone else. He was rough and even drilled into my cuticles some. Turned fingers too far sometimes. Really hurt my thumb. I asked for zebra print and this is what I got... Color of stripe didn't match the pink nail?"

"Well let me say maybe it was an off day. The service was not very good. The guy that did our nails was very rushed, he even was looking around while doing my nails. He was super rough with my hands and feet. He made one of my fingers bleed at one point. The nail job was also not good. The guy got upset at me when I told him what I wanted and even laughed at me when I said I wanted them shorter. They are uneven, crooked, and bubbled. Would not recommend."
