"I took my mother to this location for a haircut. She showed the stylist the cut that she wanted and everything seemed great. A few minutes in we could tell that things were not going well. The stylist says “i don’t really know how to do this cut” after cutting a whole lot of hair off leaving a choppy look and one side longer than the other. Why in the world would she start cutting if she didn’t know how to do the cut?! The manager comes up and says “she can either complete the cut or you can stop the cut and we won’t charge you” Oh, thank you for not charging us for the hack job that was given to my mother because the so called stylist started a job that she had no idea how to do. I sure hope this was a wake up call to the manager that the stylist needs some more education before cutting hair again."
