"Called them out because I was without heat. My boiler is brand new. I asked several times what was going on and never got an answer. One worker told us one of the parts isnt the reason the boiler isnt working, but he replaced it because a new one would be better. (He told us this after he had already replaced it, without giving us the price.. even though I asked for a price several times). They also created a buzzing noise and explained "it's not bad, just annoying " and left it this way. A month later I got a bill for $1.5k, not far off from the cost of replacing it all together. Now I have to pay someone else to come out because I dont trust that they did the job correctly."
