"These folks can make a great blade and they are very proud of them too. I had a pretty terrible customer service experience with them myself. I returned to have them fix a blade that got "lost" and literally took over a year to get them to do something about it. They did eventually replace it with a decent facsimile considering some of the original materials are unavailable now. The replacement blade was worth about the same as the original when bought. My point... I wouldn't recommend them to anybody in the future, but I won't hate on them much either. I originally thought much more of this company than it turns out they were deserving of."
"I received a gorgeous dagger from Angel Sword at King Richard's Fair in Wisconsin back when I was seventeen. I'm fifty one now, and this magnificent piece looks exactly like it did the the day I brought it home. It is unbelievably tough and functional, balanced and beautiful, all things I value. I'm about to pass it on to its next owner, a beloved student who needs a bit of encouragement on life's journey. This blade has meant a lot to me. Thanks guys."
"The best knives that I have ever encountered for cutting capability. Prices are a little high but it is expected with quality to pay more for the price. This location is not open to the public except with call ahead permission. The products that they sell are beautiful elegant and also okay to be used. The owner of the company is a metallurgical genius as well as a fair man. Bought blades from them in the past and intend to buy more blades from them in the future."
"Overall the product is well built, good metal. They are thick full tang knives. As I bought a skinner, however I asked a lot on sharpening and their recommendation, they said bring it to them. This would be OK however they don't sharpen them that well, yet they do have a good polish finish. If you want to sharpen these knives get a wet stone and do it yourself. Now my Lil girl cuts hair in half guiding over skin. Only thing I'd change it my experience is their definition of sharp."
