"Horrible!!! I Showed the lady a picture of what color I wanted and my nails looks nothing like I wanted. My nails look horrible and I have to go somewhere else and have them redone. I will never come back or even tell people to come to this place."

"this was the worst experience ever. I canceled the rest of the apt because of how rude the lady was from the start. I had booked a week ahead for me and my significant other and when we got there they greeted us with “what do you want” as if i hadn't called in… i’m so upset and my nails turned out half done. I was there for not even 20 min."

"My nails look OK, but the use of the dremel for a simple gel manicure is disastrous. They do not do hand massages, cuticle oil, nothing, and charge $40 to basically ruin and then paint your nails. One of the workers was smoking next to the front door with the doors open so the entire place smelled like smoke. The employees all seemed to have come to work in their jammies and slides. There were nail clips all over the floor near the manicure stations. It was just kind of gross"

"Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. I got a pedicure yesterday and the polish is already coming off. The polish went on thick and they didn’t do anything to fix it. I didn’t say anything because it was super quiet in there and didn’t want to cause a scene."

"Awful. they don’t even give you any kind of hand massage. They charged $40 and it’s horrible and I have green all over my hands like my 6 year old did them. I went there for convenience and did I ever throw $40 away."
