Reviews
"Another bad Nail Salon to review. My sis and I went to get pedicures and we ended up having to wait for one to get one done first bc they didn't have any other staff but two people. On top of that, some "Fans Only Looking #####" had the nerve to get an attitude with us because I suggested they started my sister's water so she can soak her feet while I was getting mine worked on. Also my pedi sucked and my sister sat there with her dirty water still filled that when I bent over to put my shoes on my hair went in it. Would not recommend this place"
"Staff is friendly but the work could've been better as far as shaping and filing. i got acrylics btw. update : soaking process is time consuming and the acrylic is really gummy and sticky like glue. I know acrylic is NOT supposed to do that. I don't want to jump to conclusions but that's definitely not a good sign hopefully its just poor application because this is the first time this has happened."
"I went into vip to get a fill and the nails started lifting 3 days after I got them. I had called and was told I could come in and get them fixed. When I went in, I was greeted by the one female nail tech that does acrylics and she gave me immediate attitude and tried insinuating I was lying about who did my nails because only two of them in the shop do acrylics. So then that’s when we found out the day I went in, I had my nails done by someone who doesn’t usually does acrylics. So the rude one ended up giving me a new set and charged me full price, not letting me know until the end that I was being charged for it and refused to do it for free even though they were the ones who messed up my nails to begin with."
"The staff were very nice and I got right in as a walk in on Monday afternoon. I got just a plain manicure and was surprised that it was $25, plus a tip. That seems high for such a simple task and regular polish. It took almost an hour, longer than I expected. The tech asked me if I wanted then trimmed, I said yes they need shaping, too, I've been growing them out for the first time. She then started clipping and all of a sudden they were all shorter than my fingertips. I didn't let her Clip the other hand, so it looks much better. Just be careful communicating! They look just... fine. It was rather spendy, so I don't think I'll have it done here again."
"Some of my nails are crooked. Some are thick and others are thin. They told me they could do the design I asked for and the design was ok but I asked them to all be matte and he never had me wash my hands so the dust was all over the black and they look like white powder is on them. Some are bumpy and my thumb has a big dent. I didn’t have time to have them redone. It’s 2021 if you own a nail shop advertising excellent quality and paying $85 without the tip you shouldn’t be open. Do not go there. I will be returning to the nail shop on university which is where I usually go but they were too busy today. I literally took these pictures 15 minutes from leaving the shop."
