"The collection is and always has been excellent but the staff really needs bedside manner training. The lady helping out for the self check out has almost no patience, is passive aggressive and honestly makes me no longer want to go to this location. The fact that you pay 50$+ for almost every outfit and have to deal with this level of mediocrity is ridiculous."

"This Zara has a great selection and is always maintained well. However, the management needs some serious training. The manager Rafa on several accounts will let customers wait in line to just tell them to use the self-checkout kiosks. While I've been told this is a company wide initiative, you would think that good customer service would be first. That isn't a concern at this location, the less human interaction they have with you the better."

"Above average selection and all sizes were in stock on the floor. Opposite to the downtown Chicago Banana Republic a few doors down, you can’t check out on the second floor, where all the men’s clothes are. You have to walk through the women’s section, down the stairs and check your self out in the corner."

"First time at a Zara store. Had a little bit of trouble finding some men sizes but other than that, we loved the place and experience. I was following this brand and styles for years and it was super cool to be able to buy it on the store. Nice fragrances for the money."

"Zara is one of the famous fashion brands - and this is just another location near to the millennium park. Their collection was not much great when I visited- neither customer service. I bought from men’s section and exchanged on the very next day. Only one counter was open with many customers were waiting in line! Overall, the store was not very stocked and organized."
