"Not sure if this issue has anything to do with doctor May himself or his staff but here's our experience. We went to his office for a few months and got most of the early and mid pregnancy work done with him. Unfortunately due to issues with our insurance we were forced to move to an office that would accept our new insurance ( which is fine)....the issue was once we went to our new doctors we were unable to get our records sent over from DR.Mays office. It's been months since we've requested the transfer and have not heard anything from Dr.Mays office nor has our new doctor received the records. I can only assume this is due to either a lack of communicator at the office but the longer we wait the more it seems intentional. At this point we are 2-3 weeks from birth and now due to our lack of records we have to worry about doing tests again and the possibility that we've been receiving improper of otherwise lacking care. Again, I have no idea why this happened nor who is responsible but when babies lives could be at stake I would assume communication of important medical information would be of upmost concern for ALL doctors and staff involved regardless of circumstance."
