"I had a terrible experience here. I purchased a coat about a week ago and wore it only 1 time. It started to pill horribly on both sleeves and I was not given the opportunity to return or exchange it. The sales associate was incredibly rude both when I purchased the coat and when I brought it back today. I’m very, very disappointed and will not be returning here. A coat I wore only one time is pilling so much it can barely be worn, and after expressing my concern I was met with short dismissive responses instead of being given the option to exchange or return the purchase. Such terrible customer service and overall experience."

"Honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had since covid. Went in on a Tuesday night w a friend to reinvent her look. This store was a recommendation from a client and it didn’t disappoint. The store manager Katie was BEYOND helpful and made this feel like an entire experience for us. Helped us pick out multiple pieces that were v flattering and was preparing all of our clothes up front as we confirmed we wanted them. We were here for about two and a half hours, and they allowed us to stay 30min past closing time to confirm a couple more items if we liked them or not. This was beyond kind. All in all, an amazing experience and I will definitely be back and sending others their way! ❤️"

"Beautifully displayed store and nice collection of pieces…but the staffs are very inflexible and clearly don’t understand what to do to keep a customer returning. I’ve been shopping at Oak & Fort since their first US flagship store opened up in SoHo New York and never had a problem with returning items even if one or two pieces passed the 30 day window - things happen and sometimes you just cannot keep track of the exact days. I went back to the store to return a piece that was 3 days passed and it was such a painful experience to ask them to honor a store credit. The company won’t loose anything to be honest with honoring store credit, however the staffs had 0 empathy and just forced you to either pick something exact the same amount to exchange or just leave. I understand Oak & Fort could be on the more strict side with their return policy so I wasn’t trying to receive the return to original payment form, but store credit should be always honored if such instance happens - especially this is like the “default” policy for all other existing retail stores. As a loyal customer who spends at least hundreds or sometime thousands every season at Oak & Fort, you would expect yourself to be treated a little more nicely under such circumstance and to be honored the store credit - it really wasn’t asking for a lot. Unfortunately no, they would rather to see the customer throw away the pieces that don’t work and have those to be WASTE to the environment. Huge disappointment with the staffs at this location and will not be returning anymore."

"Coming to the store during the week is not so busy but on weekends it is and this time it was a Sunday. The store is clean and organized it has many nice things to consider and they even have products for the home such as glasses, mugs, throws, and others. If you need someone's attention on the weekend you will have to look for someone. On Sunday the fitting rooms had a line with about six people waiting so keep that in mind. Paid parking in front and it is near the 606 so you can walk to it as well."

"I ordered online and I assumed they were made with high quality because of the prices. When they arrived, the quality feels like Shein for 10x the price and they all Made In China. Also they only offer store credit for returns. Despite the website says full refund."
