"I went in and got a vape 3 days ago it has been leaking since enough to get the side wet but it only does it so often when I brought it in the day off the manager said he didn’t put it together right. Then when we brought back again she said the rubber was off. Then it leaked a little so I brought it back and she looked at it then I took it to the manager bc she said she couldn’t do really anything he said it looked like I poured it in myself and I asked him y would I do that and plus I don’t even have the liquid I left it at home so he wouldn’t do anything after telling me he was going to put a new take on it for free so if I want to get a vape don’t go here unless u wanna waste a lot of money"

"Thought this was a great place until my pen exploded and blew out the glass. I purchased it on 2/23/19 and it’s 3/25/19 and was basically called a liar and that it was impossible. Although I explained I have the pen, and receipt. I was told about a 30 day replacement and what a joke of any help whatsoever. Very friendly when you’re spending $50 a week in their shop, but when you actually have an issue they turn their back on you. Horrible."
