"WORST NAIL SALON I’VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. At first it was ok. I was a walk in so I was expecting to have to wait a little but it was slow so they got me in. I got this one girl and she seemed nice at first. Then it went way down hill. She first asked me what length I wanted and I specifically said short but coffin, I get this because I work in a doctors office and have to have them short and I don’t like square. She flat out told me, “No that’s ugly” and proceeded to get give me long and square nails. The next issue was that she was rushing and missed important steps plus kept answering personal phone calls while working on my nails. She barely filed down under my nails, never had me wash my hands after filing, and made me bleed several times. Lastly, when she was done, she told me to wash my hands and check out. I then tried to grab my stuff but she yelled at for trying to grab my personal items and said I could come back to grab them after I was done washing my hands and then called me stupid under her breath. I have never not left a tip in my life, but this time was an exception. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life by a salon and will not be back. Treat your clients with respect and take your time and do what they request especially since it’s their money and time that they are spending."

"The water was very cold. Had to say something 3 times. Kept turning very cold water on during the whole time. Had to ask to have my nails cleaned under them. The elderly man was spacing off and wasn’t paying a lot of attention. Pit the wax on my feet and didn’t mold it around. I had to do that myself. Paid for the most expensive pedicure, which should take longer to get but it didn’t. I wasn’t given the neck warmer. I wasn’t offered water. And he kept messing with my chair settings."

"Horrible, the old guy was HORRIBLE. Instead of looking like a stereotype or letting my anger get the best of me. I went to my car and called to express my displeasure with my services I was told they don't have time to correct nor an utterance of wanting to fix the problem at a later date. My toes looked like a preschool child did them. They cater to others I witnessed. I didn't get the younger kid with the tattoos that usually does pedicures, he is so personable always left him a good tip and his thoroughness appreciated massages great. All that said I was not pleased and I will not return. Zoom in on the photos."

"I'm really happy with my nails, they look a lot like the picture I showed them. My only complaint is the length of the nails aren't really uniform, some are shorter than others. But I will be returning :)"
