Zen Nails

"Van is the BEST!!! Will only being going to Zen nails from now on!"

"Went in with a group, and though there was no one else in the salon (for what are now obvious reasons), they were rushing to finish our nails. They did not cut our cuticles, and they put our gel polish and acrylics on crooked. When we asked (three times) for them to be straightened the manicurists ignored us and started laughing and talking in another language, obviously at our expense. Then they increased the price for a gel manicure past what was listed. Additionally, the pedicures were lazy, the water was cold, they didn’t even massage our feet or legs. I would encourage potential customers to find another place to go."

"I had to wait way longer then my scheduled time and then the color that I wanted was a glittery white but then the gave me green blue do not recommend if last minute choice"

"Horrible experience!! Made a appointment for 12:30, waited 30 minutes. Prices were posted for one amount but we were charged another amount which was higher. Didn't finish my husband's toes , no towel wraps on our legs like we have gotten before. I feel like they couldn't have cared less if they did our pedicures or not!! Only positive note was he held the door open when we left..won't be returning..."

"My daughter and I went here for the first time today. We were referred by a friend. We had got pedi's and mani's. For our birthday. We really enjoyed our time there. It was so relaxing and very reasonable on price. I was impressed with how well they turned out. But once we got home 5+ hrs later my daughter took a bath and all her nail polish on her hands came off and a few of her toe ones. I'm very upset considering I paid $140 that's including a tip. I'm calling in the morning to be sure they are aware of this and hopefully they make it right. Weather I get my money back for her or they redo them. If so I'd give them 5 stars."
