"I absolutely love this place and Crystal always provides amazing results and the price is more than fair. However, their booking completely sucks. No matter how early I book an appointment, they decline it. My last appointment, I booked it on Monday for Friday evening, which was clearly open or I wouldn't have been able to select it. I get an email the day before (today) at 11:30 that they declined my request due to a scheduling conflict. It literally takes her 10 minutes to do my hair. I go through this every time. I try to call but get a recording that they've restricted their phones. Its very disappointing."
