The lack of communication was frustrating when a piece of our countertops were sent back, and while we appreciate the attention to detail, we wish we were kept in the loop that there would be a delay. We were only informed of the delay when we had to call to get a status update. The installers also dented our brand new refrigerator in the process and did not let us know of the damage."

We did Formica countertops and a Quartz center island. Everyone in the church was well pleased with the quality and the price was comparable to the big box stores.
