"Carver was great during my planning experience and delivery plans. Unfortunately, the shelving for the cabinets didn’t arrive. 6 weeks later I still do not have any shelves in cabinets because they have a job that requires all of their saws. My kitchen is still unfinished due to this. I would give them five stars if I had a finished set of cabinets and could put my kitchen back in order. Nonstop calls and emails do not work. Be sure not to pay until everything has been checked and installed because they quit answering your calls and ensuring that you will be taken care of after you pay."

"Carver Lumber was extremely helpful in helping me order materials for an 18 foot LVL beam install. Although I'm handy I wanted an experts opinion on what size beam I would need to use. Mike was more than happy to answer any questions I had unlike another local supplier I had originally called. Prices were reasonable considering current supply issues. I'm more than willing to pay a bit more for quality customer service."

"I have never gone to Carver Lumber because I was afraid of their prices. What a pleasant surprise! I have always done business with another lumber company on Sheridan Road. On this trip to that lumber company they didn't seem interested in answering my questions. I thought I would give Carver a try. They spent time answering all my questions about a deck rebuild and with a smile. I bought all the lumber and accessories I needed there. The price was just a little higher than the box stores but was worth it because of the advice and knowing I got the best products. Can't say enough for every person I dealt with at Carver Lumber ."
