Pro Nail

"This is the 3rd time ive been here and been talked to rudely. I though....everyone has a bad day. My nails look good from a distance. I left because they looked ok. Then over the weekend a bubble popped out on my thumb. I recommend their daughters .... when their children are there only. The man "filled" my nails Friday. IT's Monday my nails weren't cured all the way and as the polish peeled off I had pieces of .....acrylic....that were missing from my nail I ASKED FOR A REPAINT OF MY 1 NAIL. She grabbed my hand....even after i tried pulling away ....and started to use her dremel on a completely different hand!!!! I told her no and she said u want a fill right? I said no and showed her my thumb again. This time his wife told me if she fixed it she would have to charge me 5 bucks (after paying 50 to have them done ) per nail. like wth is that? this used to me my place to go but after the way I was just talked to I don't think I'll be back unless the daughters are working. I did get an attitude with her after she got snarky with me. for that I am sorry but I will not let either of them touch my hands again. the polish isn't even covering all of my nails."

"I will never go to this establishment ever again. They just lost a few customers because I will tell my friends the rude treatment you will get there. The mother stood and screamed at her daughter for taking so long on my nails. The mother told her she us not to do designs that take that long. I got ombre done and of course I asked first if its okay for her to do that and the daughter said it was no problem. Besides the daughter did not start my nails until 1:45 and she finished at 2:55. The mother tells her she can't do designs that take 2 hours to do. I go to a nail place to get my nails done the way I want it done, no matter how long. I'm a paying customer. THE MOTHER IS RUDE. I didn't say anything when she was yelling at her daughter because I can tell the daughter was already embarrassed. No wonder a lot of people go there and ask for the daughters to do their nails. The daughters are awesome. The mom not so much."

"I was able to walk in without making appointment to get my nails done a full set really great design it did take a little longer but they are busy did you get good business definitely recommend going I only had one issue being burnt by one of the lights when I had my nails in but that's okay it will heal beauty is pain I absolutely love going back there to get my nails done and I would highly recommend this place"

"It hasn't even been 24 hours and they've chipped. There is nail polish left all around my nail. The guy cut up my fingers using the drill too."

"The daughters are very good at what they do. The mom doesn’t take her time and rushed while doing my nails. I understand that at the time so many customers came in, but you have to attend the customer you have seated properly. There was a miscommunication during my nail session and instead of her politely saying “well I thought you said no” she said it with attitude. I wanted a square shaped nail and it looks wide at the tips. Over all the design was great but the actual shaping was rushed. I have gone there before and they usually do a really good job. The girl who did my sisters nails took her time asked several times if every step was ok. My sister is very happy with the way her nails turned out."
