"My hair was so long it passed my bottom. I asked for layers with the longest part of my hair at the middle of my back. My hair was butchered, the layers are uneven, the longest part of my hair is at my shoulders, the shortest part of my hair is at the middle of my head. I can't style it, I can't put it up, it's always in my face now and I can't find a single person who can fix it without having to cut all my hair off. I also had my daughter's hair cut there, she was just getting a trim and they messed that up too. What a waste of $50. I ended up having to spend another $20 at a different hair stylist to have my daughter's hair fixed. Thankfully Midtown Hairstyles in Fort Madison came to the rescue and got her hair perfect the day before school spring photos."
