"I first went to the Shop back in 2014. Since then, I've gone every single chance I get. I've had horrible experiences with haircuts in the past. Some so bad that I haven't even wanted to go outside. When I first got my hair cut by Shane, I was expecting the same. I picked the Shop on a whim due to how close it was to my house. There were no reviews at the time so I was really flying in blind. When I got there, I was super impressed even by just how it looked. The atmosphere was super laid back, good music was playing, and they even offered me soda. Despite me being a walk in, Shane made sure to even stay after hours to get my hair exactly how I wanted it. I was blown away by how much he wanted to make sure I had a good experience. Since then, I've made it a priority to only get haircuts by him. Even after moving to California, the experience was so great that it made every cut after that feel sub par. I recently moved back and was happy to see that they're doing better than ever. I wouldn't even consider choosing another salon at this point.
