"It seems that the employee felt like I was interrupting her rest. It was the fastest haircut outside the military I have ever gotten. There was no communication or small talk or any kind of customer service. Rushed in and out in less than 10 minutes."

"Went in to get my hair trimmed got there nicely and girl let me know itd be a 30 min wait and i didnt mind i was real nice about it. Left to shop then came back 10 mins before apt to wait then all i got was the older lady glaring at me about every 2 mins. No one said hello or how long itd be to wait . Sat there then when the younger girl got done she stared at me and went about her buisness and no one even acknowledged i was there and still didnt even say hello. So i left. Im big on the atmosphere where i go . And this place was less than satisfying .... would rate it 0 stars if i could"

"Usually I have a great experience here but tonight I felt like I was rushed in and out. I didn’t really think anything of it and I didn’t really see my eyebrows while she was doing it. But I got home and to my surprise my eyebrows were still a huge mess. I called and got the girl who helped me, Paige. She said she “did her best”, ma’am no you didn’t. She said I could come in Thursday and she would fix them um no way are you ever touching my eyebrows again. I asked about a refund and she said to call back tomorrow. I think I will just stick to doing my own eyebrows from now on."
