"Macey is such a professional, and the sweetest girl. I moved closer to the city and still drive an hour and a half one way so she can keep doing my hair, that is how much i love her work! I have never had a bad cut or color from her. She always does exactly what I ask for, and has taken me from the platinum blonde of my dreams, to copper, and back to a lived in blonde. I have NEVER left her chair disappointed, can’t say enough good things about her and her work. Your hair can’t be in better more capable hands, 100% recommend seeing her! ❤️"

"I tried this salon for the first time after seeing some photos of her work that I liked. My first sign that it was not a fit was that she talked badly about another person’s work who had done my hair before. I came in with highlighted blonde hair and requested a honey blonde. It turned out dark red. I paid because she offered to fix it. She requested I pay by Venmo. She then told me her only fix was that she would pull the toner out. She said she didn’t want to highlight my hair for fear of damage so I asked by text if she could possibly use a different toner or get my hair closer to the color I wanted. She said she did not have time and I asked her to make time. She then proceeded to accuse me of talking to her a certain way because I politely asked her to make time she and canceled my correction service. She then blocked my number. So I requested a refund, minus the tip on Venmo in hopes of going elsewhere to get it fixed. She blocked me on Venmo. Macey is unprofessional. It is very immature to do this type of damage to someone’s hair and then refuse to fix and just take their money and ghost them. I do not recommend. I would suggest going to someone who cares more about their work. Photos below are what I asked for vs. what I got. My reply to owners response: I most certainly did not leave liking my hair but I did out of respect for the fact that I was your last appointment of the day agree to give it a few washes to see if it would fade. When we spoke, you did not blame my hair being porous or the fact that I was blonde (not platinum) you said it could be because you had little water pressure and no warm water running in your salon during the rinse. I reached out on Sunday which is when I got the appt notification said “clarifying treatment” which was scheduled for Tuesday. You are closed on Sunday and Monday. I wanted to confirm with notice what we were doing and how long it would take in case we needed to adjust the time for the sake of your schedule. During our mutual text exchange, I suggested a different toner instead of stripping my hair with a clarifier and making time do that since you didn’t want to use bleach. You deciding that me reaching out on your day off is considered harassment is exactly the type of immature attitude I am talking about. I’m sure it’s not your intention to ghost people or charge them $145 for auburn hair when they asked for honey blonde but that’s exactly what you did."

"I have TWO reviews for Macey today! Let’s start with me: I had the beaded extensions in 2020 & had a horrible experience. Beads everywhere, tension all the time, stylist preferred damaging products that made my hair fall out, etc. I LOVED the length though so I kept them in for about 6 months until I couldn’t take it anymore. I wanted extensions again but wasn’t quite sure which type of extensions I wanted. I was steered towards Macey & it was the best decision I’ve ever made when it came to whose handling my hair. Not only did she thoroughly explain each process, but she kept it fun. It’s not a quick install. I want to say it took around 4 hours & the first experience took at least 8. Macey blew my mind and we laughed the whole time! All the hair products she has recommended have been helping my hair become more hydrated, less frizzy, and overall healthy. 10/10 recommend her for extensions. Now onto my son. He asked for a perm about a year ago and I said I’ll think about it because I knew it could be damaging to his hair. He still wanted one so I told him why not, let’s go to Macey again. Omgh we are in love. My son’s confidence SHOT through the roof once he looked in the mirror and my heart was so happy for him. He’s taking such good care of it and now Macey has earned herself another trusty client. Thank you so much, Macey!"

"Macey is one of the best hair stylist I’ve been to! She makes you feel so welcomed and has such an outgoing personality that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable!! I never leave disappointed when leaving she does amazingly at all colorings cuts and styles not to mention her being amazing ABSOLUTELY amazing at makeup she gets it perfect everytime and you’ll never leave disappointed!!"
