"take your money elsewhere!!!! I’ve been here twice and both times customer service was terrible. The owner does a nice job on full sets. The youngest girl who works there has the nastiest attitude. She did my color change and the other girl who is mainly there for weekends did my pedicure. Not one time did either of the girls greet me before working on me and the youngest doing my color change on my full set never made eye contact with me and had a really nasty attitude. She applied a coat to my hand and I apologized to her because I said I did not like how the color looked. She sighs and gets up and walks away with an attitude and I even told her if it’s that much of a problem don’t do it. She has no manners whatsoever or knew how to show any respect. If I did not have an event to go to I would have walked out instantly. I was on my phone the entire time I was not a needy customer I was not difficult at all. It’s common when a color comes out differently on the hand and the customer brings attention to it. Both of those girls seem miserable working there and one girl even openly complains about having to be there on weekends. If you don’t like to be in customer service do not work in it. That attitude is exactly how you lose customers and will continue to. Im paying for a relaxing time that turned into me leaving frustrated. After the youngest completed my nails she did not say have a nice day or nothing. I don’t know what her problem was but it was disgusting to treat a customer like that. As soon as she went to start on a client she was all smiles and hi how are you to them. I rather pay extra somewhere else with a BUSINESS WITH REAL PEOPLE SKILLS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A GOOD TACTIC TO RUN A BUSINESS."

"Have been going here for a few months and everything has been great until today when I tried to schedule an appointment with Bianca and the owner told me she doesn’t work Fridays but I’ve gone every two weeks on Fridays and tried scheduling for this weekend and he told me he doesn’t know her schedule she goes to church on Sundays and to call back? Just completely gave me the run around and very rude. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back."

"I loved coming here but after new management took over it just hasn’t been the same. The nails were no where near what I wanted but the lady couldn’t do the ombré that I wanted after they told me they could. She was getting upset because she kept having to redo my nail but it was just not what I wanted. These were suppose to be my birthday nails, so after I just had her do one color and add rhinestones but as you can see there so many air bubbles some of my nails didn’t get to finish drying up, I literally just got them done yesterday, overall i was not happy with anything it was not worth $110, while I was there I was really regretting not going to this other place. I’ll probably still come back for pedicures but never for my nails. Really debating whether to get them soaked off"

"Haven't been to this salon since the original owners left and I can clearly see a difference but went for some girl time with a friend. For cleanlines, I had some concerns but some typical things that unfortunately most nail salons do. They painted my no chip pretty fast with no caution so I got patchy glitter and bumps they filed and buffed. And now not even 24 hours later I have polish that either didn't get a chance to cure or they buffed away the side cap and the polish is lifted. And my friends nails length fine but the polish, sheer and not by choice. Instead of saying anything he moved on with the polish so fast before she could ask if they could do something about the glitter not being what the sample looked like and she was done and stuck with it."
