"I can’t say enough on the phenomenal jobs the crew did on replacing my siding and windows on my house!! It doesn’t even look like the same house! They were quick and efficient and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company!"
"Dawn and Joe helped immensely working with our insurance company to pay for the storm damage that occurred. The crew was great, they were fast, polite, protected everything on the ground. We cannot thank them enough and will definitely recommend them. Dan and Terri Wigant"
"I recently had the pleasure of hiring Lockes Roofing to replace the roof on my home, and I am incredibly impressed with the quality of their workmanship and the level of professionalism they demonstrated throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation, it was evident that Joe Sallee the new owner was dedicated to providing exceptional service. The team arrived promptly, and their expertise was immediately apparent. Joe took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof, explaining the issues and he gave me choices and cost options. He patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. I had lots of questions! Dawn the Office manager was extremely helpful with scheduling and paperwork. The on-site team worked seamlessly and finished a 30x50 building in less than a day. Their workmanship was excellent and my new roof looks terrific. I'm very pleased with my new roof and recommend Locke's Roofing under the new management of Joe Sallee."
"Dependable, punctual, always kept in communication, trustworthy. I called the business, and the office manager, Dawn answered the call and facilitated the appointment with the new owner, Joe, at my house. Joe met me as scheduled. Our roof had been ravaged by hail and wind during the March 31 storm that went through western IL. He reviewed the project and was ready to give me a quote that day. Now I already previously had the insurance company out and they inspected the roof and agreed that I had a valid claim. The insurance company then issued me an explanation / proof of claim and provided their analysis of the loss and what they felt was the total cost of the loss. The insurance company already had all the figures for the number of "squares" needed for our roof and what they felt was a reasonable and customary charge for the job. I also had damage to my gutters and window screens and these figures were also included in the insurance info. Now here's the interesting thing. My roof was 22 years old and no longer "qualified for full replacement", but the claim would be paid according to "Actual Cash Value (ACV)". It would have been covered 100% just 1 year before - talk about a real insurance company old fashioned screwing. So this meant that I would have to pay a little more than 1/2 the replacement cost according to the insurance claim. I called 3 roofing companies and the first 2 said they would match the insurance quote "penny for penny" for the replacement. So then I get to pay my deductible plus my 60% of the loss. I even told them to quote this as if they were doing the job w/o insurance because this was mostly coming from my pocket. Now when Joe came out, he quoted the job as I requested, and quoted me a more reasonable quote that was less than the insurance company numbers and still included the same top grade Owens Corning - Duration shingle with the reinforced nailing strip. He also included all the proper ice & water shield at the bottom and in the valleys. His price was 20% lower than the other 2. Now this meant that I only had to pay my deductible plus 40% of the loss, a 20% savings."
"Well it was not very good they came out here supposedly took estimates but they never did call me and let me know what it was going to cost or what they were going to charge me I am very disappointed in the service"
