"I had my old tub removed, & new walk in shower installed. Randy was very helpful, advising, & suggesting features, he knew his business. He took a lot of time to explain features, & explain everything, & answer all questions I had. Jamie Dickerson was very hard worker. Courteous, respectful, on time, did his job well, & cleaned up afterwards. I love my shower! It exceeded my expectations. I feel safer , the grab bars, & seat are perfect. "We are very happy with the experience with Midwest Bath Co. Salesman Luke Vernon was pleasant and professional. He guided us through the process of planning our new shower and we found everything we wanted. Luke followed up before and after the installation. Installer Jamie Dickers was on time polite, talented and very professional. He covered our floors to keep them clean and removed all debris from the tear down and installation. It was very hot out so I opened our attached garage for him to work in. And just like the bathroom he left it cleaner than he found it. The shower is roomy, solid and all material, doors and fixtures are high quality. We have since repainted the walls and ceiling and are making plans to recover the floor to make it as nice as our new shower. Delbert & Debbie Williams"
