"I was recommended to visit Sugar Cycles by my friends for assistance in purchasing my first bike. I had the pleasure of working with Henry, who provided exceptional service. He demonstrated patience and actively listened to my requirements and preferences. His friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Henry never pressured me into making a purchase or rushed my decision-making. The entire team at Sugar Cycles displayed honesty and integrity, which greatly influenced my decision to make a complete purchase from them rather than opting for online retailers. The exceptional level of service and support they offer becomes evident upon meeting them."
"I took my granddaughter’s bike in for an assessment because she was not able to pedal it easily. They fixed the tire on the spot free of charge! They were so friendly and made it a fun field trip experience. Thank you Sugar Cycles!"
"This store has the friendliest customer service! I visited this store to attend to my kids' bikes whose chains keep falling off. These bikes are the basic bikes from Walmart. On the phone, Brett quoted me prices for new chains but advised they might not be required. Rather, it may just take some looking at and adjusting, which would be free of charge. Sure enough, when I visited the store, Brett's investigation revealed the back gear shifted forward when I removed the training wheels. He adjusted them, free of charge. It was my first visit to the store, but it won't be my last. They sell upscale bikes, for which one day my kids might need."
"For several years I wanted a bike that was not so harsh riding. Several years ago I purchased another brand's Hybrid but it was still too harsh going over bumps and the ergonomics had me stretched over the front of the handlebars so not so comfortable. I recently went looking for a more comfortable bike for riding with my family. I purchased a cruiser from another brand but returned it as I hated the way it rode. Then I tried and purchased the Roll 3.0. On the way home I realized this bike feels just like the single speed bikes I rode in my youth (before the "Ten Speed" craze days). Big balloon tires give a comfortable ride and the ergonomics are much more "sitting up". I love the way it feels even when I leave the pavement and cut across a grass levy to avoid some traffic. The components may be far superior to the single speed coaster bike of my youth but what this bike really offers is the freedom to go wherever in comfort. A paved road is comfortable and fast rolling. A grass field takes a little more effort but the multiple gears and the balloon tires keep the ride comfortable. Thanks to the crew at Sugar Cycles for finally getting me onto the exact bike and frame size for which I was longing."
"Great shop! Knowledgeable staff! Great service 10/10 would recommend"
