How sad that this business has existed for several generations, with high marks, and now thanks to a few snarky/rude/entitled? employees, the business is forever tarnished. I won't be back. I'd rather deal with Bezos, at least they have polite and helpful customer service and they want to help. So much for supporting American made."

Only a matter of time until this company goes the way of Walter T Kelly and Shastina….. thankfully I was able to get nearly an identical product from Mann lake."

"I won't be back. They lie to you and their customer service is terrible. They told me the package got lost in shipping, but from what I can tell it was never shipped. They told me they were going to put a claim against it and never did. I ended up cancelling the order. Waited three weeks for my refund, had to e-mail them about it with no response from customer service. They did end up refunding my money finally, but as I said, I won't be back."
