"Rude people. Never again would I walk in their. I dont think they deserve any stars. Asked about packages didn't even look at me, just handed me pricing list. Either she was having a bad day. Work is work, home issues stay at home. People just dont seem to differ from the two. That why places gets bad reviews. When a person changes my mood I'm going to give them a review they deserve. This was back in Oct. when visiting."

"I went in to my local LA Tan at the end of October to cancel my membership, I was talking to the girl about how I am going through a divorce and need all of the money that I can get right now, she wrote my name on a blue post it note and said that she would cancel my membership effective November 1st (since it was so close to November I would have been charged a fee). I was charged in November and assumed that it was just because I did not get there in time to cancel. I was just charged again for December and should not have been. I just called to speak to someone, I described the situation to the girl on the phone and she told me that she was the manager and told me that I was not there and did not cancel because she doesn't remember this and no paperwork popped out. I described to her the entire situation and she told me that she would never do that and that there is paperwork to sign and that pops out as soon as a cancellation is put in, I informed her that there was no way for me to know that and that if she was cancelling the membership after I was there then of course there would be no paperwork, I did my part and I do not feel that she did her part. I feel extremely insulted and she proceeded to argue with me the entire time and kept telling me that I was wrong and that I did not cancel because there was no signed paperwork - I was called a liar when I used my lunch hour to go there to cancel, I asked for her to refund me for December and she said that there is no way for her to do that and that I never cancelled. I'm just shocked at the lack of customer service that I received and how she was so willing to argue with me on the phone. I will not be going to LA Tan in the future and I will be sure to tell my friends and coworkers about my experience!"
