"I called tonight asking hours. The lady told me she would stay open a few minutes past 6pm. I drove 35 minutes and got there 7 minutes past 6pm. She opened the door after me knocking for 10 minutes. Told me she closed the register so I will have to come back tomorrow. I asked why she told me she would stay open then and she didn't have a response other than come back tomorrow. This lady waisted my time and fuel. All she had to do is tell me over the phone and I would of said ok. Instead she made me drive for no reason!"

"I really like Sally's employees always greet me when I come in ask me if I need any help very knowledgeable about the product always willing to help you it's just sometimes for our area they never have some of the African-American products but they do pretty good for this area for not having a selection."
