"The people that work here are very kind, and the work they do is good and they are proud of their craft...However, in the 5 scheduled visits I've had 3 of them were canceled, 1 of the stylists canceled and when I tried to reach out to reschedule they never responded. 1 of the stylists canceled the apt the day before, leaving me to go +2 more weeks without getting a cut. Again, they are good at what they do and are proud to do it, but I'm really tired of not being able to get in to get a cut and having to wait weeks upon weeks to hopefully not have an apt canceled."
