"I had an excellent experience shopping at Fleet Feet Lakeview. I came in on a weekday afternoon for a fitting and some assistance choosing a new pair of running shoes. I'm a running newbie. By no means am I knowledgeable about running shoes. The associate who did my fitting was named Hannah. She was very helpful in providing suggestions and answering my questions. I tried on 3 or 4 pairs of shoes before deciding which ones to buy. This morning I went on my first run in the new shoes and am happy with my purchase. I'd recommend this store to any beginner runner who needs help picking the right shoes. I'm planning to return to this store when it's time for a new pair of shoes."

"I stopped in last night about 40 minutes before closing. It seemed like everyone else had the same idea and it was pretty busy, but still I didn't have to wait very long. Once it was my turn, I got a foot scan and the sales associate watched me walk for a little bit and asked me a few questions. She then provided me with several options of both shoes and insoles to try on and walk around, and did not stop offering suggestions until I was fully satisfied. Overall I had a great experience and am in love with my new shoes!"

"Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Took a 3D image of my foot and got me in the proper running shoes. I always thought I was an 8.5, but apparently I should be wearing a 9.5 wide. The team did a great job."

"I love their foot measuring system and how they watch your walk. This is the only place to buy tennis shoes, in my opinion. Hannah was super helpful finding me the correct size and COMFORTABLE shoes! I love my new New Balance fresh foam x more v4 shoes!!! I came in loving my Hoka's, but somehow, these are even MORE comfortable and not terribly priced. Thank you!"
