"I have used this salon for over 4 years. It’s quite possibly the furthest from the house and I still continue to return here. Salon is well organized, clean, modern. The staff are all amazing and friendly. I usually get a gel pedicure and dip on my nails. More than enough color options. And the quality is still unmatched even when I try other places (hence why I travel so far)."

"Despite having an appointment you often wait a long time, even if they are not busy. Maybe we interfere with their TikTok viewing because they are always in their cell phones. On more than one occasion I have sat in a pedicure chair until the water went cold and my feet began to prune. All while they continued to take walk ins. One nail girl is very passive-aggressive. I am always disappointed when she is the only one available and she is always available. I wonder why??? They don’t like doing more than simple nail fills and simple color despite showing highly designed nails on their website. Only two people can do designs and they often refuse to do them. We have made appointments, walked in with four nail techs sitting in pedi chairs and told they were too busy to do nail designs or told they have appointments when they did not. As was the case on our last visit. A flat out lie. While we have been long term, loyal customers, we are going to find another nail salon. Their business has clearly fallen off with few customers going to Diamond Nails. I am sure our experience is the experience of far too many customers. Apparently the American saying, “the customer is always right”, isn’t something they have learned."

"Gotten a lot of flawless gel manicures here that lasted really well and never broke. I had started going here a few months ago, getting a full set of acrylics, and then coming back every few weeks to get a fill/new color. It can get very busy here, so be prepared to wait. It depends on the day though really. You can call them to make appointments too. Fridays are pretty busy. The employees make the most of every minute though, and they do a great job. Lots of care into shaping the nail and always friendly. You can call to ask about prices or see one of their price/service menus inside the shop, located by the color swatches. Never had a problem here."

"My daughter had an appt at 530 pm on 5/10. She had acrylics on also but needed a fill. Since she’d never been there we had no idea what they charged so I called them. I was told $50 for a gel fill. I thought that sounded high so I called back and asked how much a full set of gel acrylic nails and was told $60 and I asked again the price for a gel fill and was again told $50. I thought it was high but she was already scheduled and was going with a friend. After she got her nails done she sent me a text and said she was charged $65 ! I called the salon and they said she had a gel polish with a chrome finish on top that cost $15 more ! This place is ridiculously high priced and took advantage of a teenager. IF you go (and I would not) make you get the FULL price disclosed ! Horrible ! Are you telling me they have no shiny pearl gel polish ?????? See photo ! I will never go there and will tell everyone I know not to go there."
