"My girlfriend went there just yesterday and was there over 4hrs. Way longer than it should've taken. She specifically stated that she didn't want her hair too dark and at the end it was a dark brown (she's a blonde). She also had random parts of her hair that weren't touched at all. Her roots were still showing. The lady that did her hair left a huge hair dye stain all over her skin (forehead). My girlfriend was too shy to speak up about how frustrated she was. It was our 1 year anniversary together and she got into the car and broke down into tears. She paid $90 for this."
